1.   To be guaranteed a participant t-shirt, have your minimum fundraising goal met BY Tuesday, January 30th!

2.   Wear/bring comfortable shoes

3.   Bring water bottles/refillable water bottle

4.   Wear/bring your team’s colors Seniors = Blue; Juniors = Green; Soph = Red; Fresh = Yellow (pants, shorts, socks, accessories, etc!)

a.   There will be an “accessorize yourself” and face-painting station, too

5.   Report to the gym lobby at the END of PERIOD 7 on Friday, February 8th.

6.   If you need to change/accessorize, please do so in the locker rooms BEFORE YOU ENTER/CHECK INTO mini-THON. Once you check in, you must stay.

7.   TO CHECK IN: You will exit the gym lobby and ENTER/REGISTER through the doors you use to enter basketball games.

8.   Bring your backpack into mini-THON with you. DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE LOCKER ROOM! We will NOT HAVE ACCESS to the locker room at the end of the night.

9.  SIGN IN by GRADE. T-shirts (if you are getting one) will be distributed by grade.

10.  Anyone who needs to turn their money in can do so that day when you check in. 

11.  When you check in, you will check your backpack into a secure area.

12.  An adult chaperone will sit with the backpacks ALL 8 hours and anytime you need to access that area you will sign in and note your time in and out.

13.   Once you are in the gym and ready to mini-THON, you can enjoy Pillo Polo, 3v3 Basketball Tourney, Slam Dunk Contest, Lip Sync and Talent Show Competition, Pudding Eating contest and more! Sign Ups for all activities will take place before the day of mini-THON.

14. Snacks and drinks will be available shortly after check in and dinner will be served around 5:00 PM. Desserts and snacks will be available for the rest of the night.
